Rugs: Delivered within 3–5 working days.

Furniture:
• In-stock items: Approx. 1–4 weeks.
• Made-to-order items: Approx. 8–12 weeks.

DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY SERVICE

• Free delivery on all furniture orders over £500.
• For larger furniture items requiring assembly, our two-person delivery team will carefully carry the furniture into your home, place it in your room of choice, and complete the full assembly service.
• All packaging materials will be removed and disposed of where possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• For health and safety reasons, our team is unable to fix or wall-mount mirrors, TVs, lighting fixtures, or other items requiring installation to walls or ceilings.
• Please ensure there is adequate access to the delivery location and assembly area prior to delivery.
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and location.

Sofa & Armchairs are covered for 2 years structurally and 1 year for upholstery.

TV Stands, Dining Table, Mattress, Chest Of Drawers, Bedside, Bed, Console, Wardrobe and Sideboard are covered for 2 years. Chairs, Coffee Table and Nesting/Side Tables are covered for 1 year.
The warranty is valid for domestic use only. Our limited warranty does not apply to products that have been stored incorrectly, misused, altered, or exposed to outdoor or humid environments. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or incidental damages.
