Promotions are applicable exclusively to new orders of standard products and are not valid for display models, showroom items, or clearance items in the Atmacha Outlet Store. Full payment is required at the time of order placement to qualify for the promotion. Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable in line with Atmacha’s refund policy, and this applies regardless of any promotional offers.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is valid for orders with a minimum total purchase value of £5000.

PROMOTION PERIOD

Promotion periods are as stated on promotional pages, social media, posters, and advertisements. The company reserves the right to change these dates at any time.

EXCLUSIONS

The promotion does not apply to:

1. Orders placed before or after the promotional period.
2. Orders placed in conjunction with any other active promotions.
3. Clearance furniture items, display models, or outlet items.
4. Delivery charges and additional services, such as interior design.
5. Accessories including, but not limited to, cushions, throws, lighting, rugs, tableware, bedding sets, portraits, and plant pots.
6. Purchases made with finance/instalment plans, including those provided through third parties.
7. Bespoke production/made-to-measure furniture items.
8. “Pick of the Month” products.

Customers may not benefit from past or future promotions nor request these promotions retroactively.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If an order is canceled after one week, our refund policy will apply to the cancellation.

ORDER REVISIONS

If a revision or exchange is made to an order, any previously applied promotions will be invalidated, and new promotions will apply based on the revision date. Customers may only use promotions valid on the revision date. Please note that any promotional discounts applied to original items may not be carried forward to revised orders.

DISCOUNT APPLICATION

To redeem the discount when purchasing on the Website, select the eligible items and enter the promotion code at checkout. The discount will apply automatically to the qualifying products in your basket.

• Orders must be placed during the promotion period to redeem the discount.
• The offer is valid until midnight on the promotion end date.
• The customer is responsible for correctly applying the promotion code, and Atmacha accepts no liability for omissions or errors at checkout.

GENERAL PROMOTION RULES

• Promotions are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
• Atmacha reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• There is no entry fee to use the promotion on the website.

RETURN POLICY FOR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Promotional discounts applied to returned items are non-transferable to other items or future orders.
