Delivery Preparation Tips
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please prepare your space and entryways in advance:

Measure Entryways and Pathways: Verify that all doorways, staircases, and hallways along the path to your designated room are wide enough to accommodate your new furniture. We recommend measuring the width, height, and diagonal depth of doorways, hallways, and the room entrance.

Clear the Delivery Path: Make sure the entire pathway from the entrance to the final room is free of obstacles, such as rugs, furniture, or decorative items, that could impede the delivery team. Ensure pets are secured in a separate area.

Prepare the Room: Ensure the room where the furniture will be placed is cleared and ready to receive the item. Moving existing furniture or other belongings in advance will give the team adequate space to deliver the item safely and efficiently.

Door Frame Protection (Optional): If your entryway or hallway has narrow turns, consider using temporary protective coverings for door frames or walls to prevent incidental marks or scratches.
