Mug Cake Recipe
For the dough:
4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
teaspoon of sunflower oil
2 teaspoons of flour
3 teaspoons cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of almonds
To prepare cute cup cakes; Take the eggs into the mixing bowl. Mix the eggs to which you have added granulated sugar with the help of a mixer until they acquire a white color.
Continue mixing after adding milk and sunflower oil.
After adding the sifted flour, baking powder and chocolate drops that you have mixed with cocoa to prevent it from sinking to the bottom, mix it for a short time.
Grease the cups that you will use as cooking pots with sunflower oil. Place the cups in a thin-bottomed saucepan.
Add lukewarm water into the pot until it reaches half of the cups.Fill the cups with the cake batter you prepared so that there is an inch of rise on them. Sprinkle almonds on top.
Cover the pan with greaseproof paper or a clean kitchen cloth so that the water vapor that will rise up during cooking does not come onto the cakes.
Cook the cakes you cooked on high heat for 15-20 minutes on low heat until the water boils.
After you leave the cakes to rest for 10 minutes without opening the lid, in a cup or turn them upside down on serving plates, share them with your loved ones.
