Gin, orange liquor, and blueberry/cranberry juice come together in this delightful cocktail, paired perfectly with fresh thyme.
- 2 Scale Gin
- 1 Scale Orange Liqueur (Cointreau, Kahlua, etc.)
- 2 Branch Fresh Thyme
- 6 Tablespoons Blueberry / Cranberry Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- Ice
Add orange liqueur, gin, and thyme to the shaker. Shake so that thyme leaves its essence with a cocktail. Add blueberry juice, orange juice, and ice to the shaker and shake for a few minutes. Add ice and decorate with thyme.

- 3 Scale Rum
- 1 Box of Coke
- 1 Lime Juice
- 2 Lime Slices
- Fresh Mint
Pour rum, coke, lime juice into a large measuring cup and mix. Pour the mixture into a glass full of ice and decorate with mint.

- 30 ml of vodka
- 30 ml cold instant coffee or espresso
- 15 ml of coffee liquor
- 15 ml Kahlua
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and serve in a chocolate-soaked glass.
- 30 ml tequila
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- 15 ml of honey
- 120 ml sparkling wine
- Slices of lemon
Take the lemon slice and all the ingredients except the sparkling wine in an ice-filled shaker and shake well. Finish some of the glasses with a singular mixture and the rest with sparkling wine and serve with lemon slices.
